Since the public announcement that Intel would build a massive chip manufacturing plant in western Licking County, residents of nearby St. Albans township have been attending meetings. Comprehensive Plan meetings. EPA hearings. Zoning hearings. Trustee meetings.

They are trying to preserve their way of life in the face of unprecedented growth and development.
